The second book in the Wado Ryu Ohyo Kata series, covering intermediate level kata, normally trained in the Brown Belt grades from 3rd to 1st Kyu. Applications to each move in Kushanku, Nai Hanchi, Seishan and Chinto using Jujutsu, Aikijujutsu and Kyusho Jutsu techniques to make kata practice more relevant from a self-defence perspective.
